- Every effort will be made to process your order within two business days. During peak season and due to manufacturer or supplier shortages delays may occur due to part availability.
- Seller is NOT responsible for delays experienced or caused by shipping couriers. NO REFUND will be issued for DELAYED delivery of packages.
Orders placed on a weekend, or on a bank holiday
- Every effort will be made to process your order within the following two business days. Orders placed on the weekend (Saturday or Sunday) will not be fulfilled until normal business hours as stated above (Monday through Friday). During peak season delays may occur due to part availability.
- Items that require 3rd party shipping and during peak season periods may be delayed due to availability. Airstream production items can be delayed 8-10 weeks during peak season and a minimum of 2-3 weeks during normal production periods.

Return Policy
Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase date. Prior authorization for return MUST be obtained. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Products returned without authorization will NOT be refunded. We reserve the right to charge a 25% restocking fee on any return. Shipping costs will not be refunded.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned.
- Perishable goods such as cleaning products and printed materials cannot be returned.
- We also do not accept products that include but are not limited to fresh water installations, waste/sewer installations, electrical or electronic items, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
- Products that are cut to length by foot, square foot, or square yard MAY NOT BE RETURNED.

FALSE ALARM RESISTANT - Our InteleCheck™ circuit eliminates false alarms caused from momentary exposure to LP Gas aerosols or to out gases. This allows for complete installation and testing during production.
FULLY OPERATIONAL DURING MUTE CYCLE - Life safety is our first priority complete protection. If a leak is detected and the alarm is muted by the RVer, the Safe T Alert™ detector continues to provide complete protection. Every 30 seconds the LED will flash red and the unit will chirp to let you know that a dangerous condition still exists. Once the gas is cleared the unit resets, it will immediately alarm if high levels of gas reoccur - even during the mute cycle.
RAPID DIAGNOSTIC TEST - No Hazardous Gas Required! With a touch of the Test Switch the microprocessor performs a full diagnostic analysis, including sensor circuit operator, verifying the alarm is working within specifications. Other manufacturers require the use of hazardous gas test, which can cause permanent sensor damage.
WIDEST OPERATIONAL VOLTAGE RANGE, 7 TO 16 VOLTS DC - The 40 series alarm will operate until the battery is down to 7 volts, without an annoying low battery warning alarm. Other detectors alarm at 10 volts causing irate RVers and dealers to disconnect the unit.
POWER MISER - Uses only 46 mA of current. Combined with a wider operational voltage range the Safe T Alert™ alarm eliminates field problems and associated warranty - service calls.
