Shipping policy

SHIPPING, PACKAGING & HANDLING
Shipping Times
Orders placed on business days (Monday through Friday) before 2 p.m. EST
  • Every effort will be made to process your order within two business days. During peak season and due to manufacturer or supplier shortages delays may occur due to part availability. 

    Shipping speeds don't account for order processing and fulfillment. 

  • Seller is NOT responsible for delays experienced or caused by shipping couriers. NO REFUND will be issued for DELAYED delivery of packages. 

Orders placed on a weekend, or on a bank holiday

  • Every effort will be made to process your order within the following two business days. Orders placed on the weekend (Saturday or Sunday) will not be fulfilled until normal business hours as stated above (Monday through Friday). During peak season delays may occur due to part availability.
  • Items that require 3rd party shipping and during peak season periods may be delayed due to availability. Airstream production items can be delayed 8-10 weeks during peak season and a minimum of 2-3 weeks during normal production periods.

Expedited Shipping
If you've selected an expedited shipping method at checkout, and you require your package within the next two business days, please contact Woodland Airstream Parts & RV Accessories Customer Service for assistance.

Oversized + Select Items
Some of our items that ship directly from our partners may be subject to longer processing times and additional shipping/handling fees. Expedited shipping may not be available for all products due to availability and production times.

Flat Fees / Handling (in addition to initial shipping rate)

Ground Shipping - $10
Next Day Shipping - $100
Two-Day Shipping - $50
Three-Day Shipping - $30
Shipping to Alaska + Hawaii - $35 (flat-rate, ground shipping)
Please note: Some items are oversized and are require additional shipping fees calculated at checkout.





 

International Shipping

International shipping is available to select destinations and subject to separate shipping fees. Certain items such as aerosol cans including paint are not available for shipping to other countries except for Mexico and Canada. Customs, brokerage fees, and duties fees are the responsibility of the customer. 
 

Other Shipping Notes

For orders over $350, a signature will be required upon delivery.

Failure to Accept Freight Delivery

Failure to accept freight deliveries in a timely manner with carrier will result in storage fees. Buyer/Customer will be responsible for all storage fees imposed by carrier. Items held in storage by carrier are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Order Cancellations All cancellations must be approved by the Seller. Restocking charges will be determined based on whether the product is a stock versus non-stock item. Woodland Airstream Online Parts Store reserves the right to charge a minimum restocking charge of twenty five percent (25%) of the net price of the item(s) being canceled.
