Orders placed on business days (Monday through Friday) before 2 p.m. EST
- Every effort will be made to process your order within two business days. During peak season and due to manufacturer or supplier shortages delays may occur due to part availability.
- Seller is NOT responsible for delays experienced or caused by shipping couriers. NO REFUND will be issued for DELAYED delivery of packages.
Orders placed on a weekend, or on a bank holiday
- Every effort will be made to process your order within the following two business days. Orders placed on the weekend (Saturday or Sunday) will not be fulfilled until normal business hours as stated above (Monday through Friday). During peak season delays may occur due to part availability.
- Items that require 3rd party shipping and during peak season periods may be delayed due to availability. Airstream production items can be delayed 8-10 weeks during peak season and a minimum of 2-3 weeks during normal production periods.

Return Policy
Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase date. Prior authorization for return MUST be obtained. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Products returned without authorization will NOT be refunded. We reserve the right to charge a 25% restocking fee on any return. Shipping costs will not be refunded.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned.
- Perishable goods such as cleaning products and printed materials cannot be returned.
- We also do not accept products that include but are not limited to fresh water installations, waste/sewer installations, electrical or electronic items, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
- Products that are cut to length by foot, square foot, or square yard MAY NOT BE RETURNED.

Use the Air Shelf to set up a drink bar, tasty snack station, or use it as a place to position and charge electronic devices.
For comfort and peace of mind the back edge of the Air Shelf is designed to prevent damage to the sensitive trailer exterior skin by employing a matching pool noodle pad to absorb and deflect impacts to the Air Shelf.
Made in USA by certified factories, the Air Shelf is manufactured from rugged synthetic material, which will endure the rigors of outdoor use for years, while maintaining an excellent appearance. Each Air Shelf is quickly shipped to you in cartons designed and fabricated in local packaging firms. The Air Shelf is produced in small lots to ensure quality so order when the Air Shelf is available.
The Air Shelf can be quickly assembled and disassembled during camping trips. It conveniently fits into a specially designed, soft-sided case featuring the Air Shelf and Airboardshop.com branding.

Note: The Air Shelf is designed to support no more than 40 pounds of weight. Exceeding the weight can cause failure of the Air Shelf and potentially damage the exterior skin of the trailer.
