The lift handle pivots up and locks the lift arm at any height location. It provides extra leverage to lift the awning. Installs in minutes with simple hand tools and fits all Zip Dee patio awnings.

Note: If your awning seems to be sticking while opening and closing, use a clean cloth with silicone spray to clean inner awning arm assembly.
