Winegard Television Antenna Worm Gear and Hex Elevating Shaft Replacement. 

The assembly includes Worm gear and 12.25" elevating shaft assembly, gear housing plug, wave washer, flat washer, quad ring, and excellent replacement procedures instructions. This new hex shaped replacement shaft, replaces the old round shafts as well as the hexagon models, and must be cut to length.
