- Every effort will be made to process your order within two business days. During peak season and due to manufacturer or supplier shortages delays may occur due to part availability.
- Seller is NOT responsible for delays experienced or caused by shipping couriers. NO REFUND will be issued for DELAYED delivery of packages.
Orders placed on a weekend, or on a bank holiday
- Every effort will be made to process your order within the following two business days. Orders placed on the weekend (Saturday or Sunday) will not be fulfilled until normal business hours as stated above (Monday through Friday). During peak season delays may occur due to part availability.
- Items that require 3rd party shipping and during peak season periods may be delayed due to availability. Airstream production items can be delayed 8-10 weeks during peak season and a minimum of 2-3 weeks during normal production periods.

Return Policy
Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase date. Prior authorization for return MUST be obtained. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Products returned without authorization will NOT be refunded. We reserve the right to charge a 25% restocking fee on any return. Shipping costs will not be refunded.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned.
- Perishable goods such as cleaning products and printed materials cannot be returned.
- We also do not accept products that include but are not limited to fresh water installations, waste/sewer installations, electrical or electronic items, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
- Products that are cut to length by foot, square foot, or square yard MAY NOT BE RETURNED.

Connectors utilize a swivel nut with NPS straight threads, and a cone seal. This allows the installer to thread onto NPT, NPS, BSP and most threads without tools or thread sealant. Simply thread on, and hand tighten for a zero leak seal. Small lengths of tubing can be eliminated by using stackable connectors. Manufactured from high performance thermal plastic, in an off-white color. Uses EPDM O-ring. Max. pressure: 100psi/6.8 bar Max. temperature: 180°F/82°C.
Sea Tech 35 Series products are designed and manufactured to be trouble free for many years of service life. 35 Series products are designed and manufactured in Polysulfone, a high performance thermal plastic material. The majority of 35 Series products are approved and certified to NSF-61, NSF-14, CSA B137.5, ASTM F877, and IAPMO ASSE 1061-2006 and to the Uniform Plumbing Code (U.P. Code). 35 Series products are available in standard imperial Inch sizes and interconnect with all Sea Tech 24 Series fittings. The Sea Tech quick connect design allows for quick and easy connections without installation tools. Simply cut the plastic, copper or CPVC piping and snap a Sea Tech fitting in place for a zero-leak connection.
