- Every effort will be made to process your order within two business days. During peak season and due to manufacturer or supplier shortages delays may occur due to part availability.
- Seller is NOT responsible for delays experienced or caused by shipping couriers. NO REFUND will be issued for DELAYED delivery of packages.
Orders placed on a weekend, or on a bank holiday
- Every effort will be made to process your order within the following two business days. Orders placed on the weekend (Saturday or Sunday) will not be fulfilled until normal business hours as stated above (Monday through Friday). During peak season delays may occur due to part availability.
- Items that require 3rd party shipping and during peak season periods may be delayed due to availability. Airstream production items can be delayed 8-10 weeks during peak season and a minimum of 2-3 weeks during normal production periods.

Return Policy
Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase date. Prior authorization for return MUST be obtained. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Products returned without authorization will NOT be refunded. We reserve the right to charge a 25% restocking fee on any return. Shipping costs will not be refunded.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned.
- Perishable goods such as cleaning products and printed materials cannot be returned.
- We also do not accept products that include but are not limited to fresh water installations, waste/sewer installations, electrical or electronic items, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
- Products that are cut to length by foot, square foot, or square yard MAY NOT BE RETURNED.

Diamond Group Mini Switch 16A 12VDC is a DPDT (Double Pole, Double Throw) rocker switch engineered for RV control applications. Features momentary-on/off/momentary-on action, making it ideal for toggle-control scenarios where you need spring-return functionality on both ends.
Rated for 16A at 12VDC, this miniature switch is built to handle the electrical demands of RV monitor panels, motorized jacks, slide-outs, and water pump systems. The compact black metal and plastic construction fits standard RV switch box openings and integrates seamlessly with existing panel layouts.
Drop-in replacement for worn or damaged control switches on Airstream and other RV systems. Direct 12V compatibility ensures safe operation across battery-powered RV circuits.
