Orders placed on business days (Monday through Friday) before 2 p.m. EST
- Every effort will be made to process your order within two business days. During peak season and due to manufacturer or supplier shortages delays may occur due to part availability.
- Seller is NOT responsible for delays experienced or caused by shipping couriers. NO REFUND will be issued for DELAYED delivery of packages.
Orders placed on a weekend, or on a bank holiday
- Every effort will be made to process your order within the following two business days. Orders placed on the weekend (Saturday or Sunday) will not be fulfilled until normal business hours as stated above (Monday through Friday). During peak season delays may occur due to part availability.
- Items that require 3rd party shipping and during peak season periods may be delayed due to availability. Airstream production items can be delayed 8-10 weeks during peak season and a minimum of 2-3 weeks during normal production periods.

Return Policy
Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase date. Prior authorization for return MUST be obtained. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Products returned without authorization will NOT be refunded. We reserve the right to charge a 25% restocking fee on any return. Shipping costs will not be refunded.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned.
- Perishable goods such as cleaning products and printed materials cannot be returned.
- We also do not accept products that include but are not limited to fresh water installations, waste/sewer installations, electrical or electronic items, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
- Products that are cut to length by foot, square foot, or square yard MAY NOT BE RETURNED.

Since variations in color and grain are part of the natural beauty of wood, your cover will be truly one-of-a-kind (and will vary from the photos).
Fits cooktop frame measuring approx. 18-3/4" x 14-1/2". Our cover measures approx. 21-1/2" wide x 17" deep x 2" high. Top is 5/8" to 3/4" thick.
You'll also receive a flexible cutting board mat—place it on top of your cooktop cover for protection and the area transforms into a huge additional food prep space! Mat is super durable, knife-friendly and flexes to funnel food waste into a bowl, pan or trash receptacle.
Made to order, and the current lead time is 3-4 weeks.
Finished with food-safe mineral oil & beeswax wood conditioner. Care instructions are included.
