Orders placed on business days (Monday through Friday) before 2 p.m. EST
- Every effort will be made to process your order within two business days. During peak season and due to manufacturer or supplier shortages delays may occur due to part availability.
- Seller is NOT responsible for delays experienced or caused by shipping couriers. NO REFUND will be issued for DELAYED delivery of packages.
Orders placed on a weekend, or on a bank holiday
- Every effort will be made to process your order within the following two business days. Orders placed on the weekend (Saturday or Sunday) will not be fulfilled until normal business hours as stated above (Monday through Friday). During peak season delays may occur due to part availability.
- Items that require 3rd party shipping and during peak season periods may be delayed due to availability. Airstream production items can be delayed 8-10 weeks during peak season and a minimum of 2-3 weeks during normal production periods.

Return Policy
Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase date. Prior authorization for return MUST be obtained. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Products returned without authorization will NOT be refunded. We reserve the right to charge a 25% restocking fee on any return. Shipping costs will not be refunded.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned.
- Perishable goods such as cleaning products and printed materials cannot be returned.
- We also do not accept products that include but are not limited to fresh water installations, waste/sewer installations, electrical or electronic items, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
- Products that are cut to length by foot, square foot, or square yard MAY NOT BE RETURNED.

We've designed this piece as a bespoke upgrade for Airstream's standard flip-up countertop extension.
We all seem to need more counter and prep space, and the flip-up countertop expands your prep space by almost 200 square inches. And it's easy to reach items from outside through the sliding door.
Handcrafted by us in Michigan from strips of beautiful mixed hardwoods, we'll choose several species from ash, cherry, hard white maple, walnut and other domestic/exotic woods like ambrosia maple, beech, hickory, purpleheart, sycamore, yellowheart and more
Every countertop extension is unique, and will vary from the photos.
These are made to order, current lead time is 3–4 weeks. If you order this item along with our Mixed Hardwoods Cook Top Cover and/or our Round Sink Cover, we can create the products with very similar woods.
They should fit many 23, 25 and 27 foot Airstream models (and some others), but please measure your countertop extension and confirm your dimensions match these:
11" wide, 18" front-to-back and 3/4" thick.
Installation should take just a few minutes with a Phillips head screwdriver or ratchet handle, and instructions are included. Note: This is a replacement countertop surface only, you'll use your two existing fold-up mounting brackets (similar to photo shown); the required screw holes will be pre-drilled for you and we include six new screws.
